Temporary suspension of non-emergency warranty service

To comply with current requirements by the CDC, Governor Cooper, and other local leadership, ExperienceOne Homes will be temporarily suspending all non-emergency warranty appointments. Our homeowners should understand that ExperienceOne Homes will honor its warranty for non-emergency issues, and, once the restrictions are lifted, we will reschedule all of the warrantable work that has been requested. Please refer to your Quality Builders Warranty guide for direction as to what is warrantable. Any emergency warranty request will be handled on a case-by-case basis by our Warranty Manager.

Please submit your warranty requests as you have been instructed during the walkthroughs of your home and at closing. This will ensure that we have a record of your request and we will schedule your request in chronological order. ExperienceOne Homes strives to provide our customers with great service, but we also want to make sure we are doing our part to stop to the spread of COVID-19 so that you, as well as our employees and trade partners, remain safe and virus-free.
