Groundwork complete for upcoming pre-sales in Sweetwater

We are excited to announce that our first phase development work is nearly complete in Sweetwater!  This initial phase included the Highway 64 improvements, installation of water and sewer services for the homes, and paving the roads (click here for video footage!).

This week, we are continuing with the installation of natural gas, electricity, and fiber, and if you happen to drive by, you will also notice the return of our road signage!
